Even if one agrees or not MDP as a Party is highly fragmented_ President of Adhaalath Party

Even if the members of MDP and their supporter agree or not the party as a political entity is highly fragmented, according to the President of the Adhaalath Party (AP) President, Sheikh Hussain Rasheed Ahmad.

He revealed this while speaking at the AP general meeting.

"Even if members of the MDP agree or not, that party is fragment into three.

Clashes of opinion and bickering are prevalant. Some are hurling stones at Anni. Similarly are the fates of Munavvar and Hassan."

According to the President, who’s party_ the Adhaalath Party which politically thus far maintained the closest ally with MDP.

Hussain Rasheed added by saying that the purpose of a united opposition is to challenge President Maumoon's Presidency and win the forthcoming election for the opposition.

To do this he called on MDP to be united.

In his speech he criticised the revision of the salary and remuneration of those in various government establishments.

Accordingly he criticised by singling out the unilateral pay increase last week by the members of the Citizens Majlis.

He said when they unilaterally made their own increase they have forgotten about the citizens.
